Weight – The roosters weigh 1.8–2.0 kg (4.0–4.4 lb) and the kadaknath hens weigh 1.2–1.5 kg (2.6–3.3 lb).
Flavour – Kadaknath chicken meat is very flavourful, rich and earthy. As this chicken is bred in the “open farm system” and free of chemicals, the meat is very healthy also.
